What to expect: (Pronounced myo-fash-ull) Myofascial release is a type of clinical massage that focuses on pain relief by more efficiently addressing the connective tissue. Slow and steady pressure is used along with sustained stretching to soften tight muscles and loosen adhesions.

What to expect: MFR+ starts with 30-40 minutes of myofascial work focused on your specific trouble spots. The remainder of the service is spent with more familiar Swedish or deep tissue massage.

Helpful with: stress, tension, minor aches and pains, relaxing, great addition to any wellness routine
What to expect: This is the type of massage people imagine when they think of massage. Oil is used on the skin to glide over the muscles. Longer, sweeping strokes are used to ease stored tension and relax the muscles.

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE
